Is the BMW Nav 3 available from Uk dealers yet?
If so anyone got one.

Yup, had mine for a fortnight now ... delighted with it so far, quick, BT works well and the enhanced tracklog offers about 700-1000miles depending on detail.

All in all, quite impressed ...

hi Silvermog, did you have the dealer fit yours? is it mounted high above the clocks or on the bars. Any pics?
I have a 2610 at present which needs a software upgrade but I am thinking of buying the nav3 instead. It would be fitted to a 1200gsa

FYI, the new Garmin 2820 and the new BMW Nav III are both exactly the same physical size as the 26xx, 27xx, and BMW Nav II series of GPSRs. The only difference you can see from the outside, so far as mounting is concerned, is that the model number painted on the front is different. From any distance further away than one yard, all of these GPSRs appear to be identical.

I can see some nefarious persons getting some stencils and "upgrading" their Nav 2 to a Nav 3.
