Nav5 onto 1250GSA

Total technophobe here.
Was shown last year how to get the wheel to talk to my Nav5, but just come to put it on the bike, and guess what, wheel not working.
The guy at Alan Jeffries if I remember right said you had to go into the menu and hold something for 5 secs ( no not my co#k ), anyone out there can point me in the right direction please. TIA

Menu button press and hold it switches between tft and Nav

If still doesn't work after pressing the menu button up for 5 secs, try cleaning contacts on Nav and holder. Was the cause of mine stopping working.
