Navigator 5 route download ...will a hammer help!!!!!!!

Leaving france/ italy tomorrow, and trying to download ride magazine routes. GPX file downloaded OK and is shown in Nav 5 memory (tried in both internal storage and memory card) but cannot view or access of the routes . any help please.

If you load it onto the Nav 5 as a whole file then i cant help but I am sure someone can

However if you import it to BAsecamp from wherever you down loaded it to on you computer then you can highlight the specific routes ( in the bottom left navigation pane on basecamp) then click the upload to device icon and then you should be asked by your Nav 5 ( once disconected from computer) if you wish to import these new routes. if you say yes please they will then be available in the Apps trip planner section

if you can see the file on the nav. When disconnected from the PC, open trip planner on it and it should show "new routes found" import them and they will open up

Go to the Trip Planner. Tap the line-icon-thing on the top left. Select "Import" and then tap each route you wish to import. It will then slowly import/recalculate the route, adding them to the Trip Planner.
