In Europe the cost is around EURO 900 including mount but the V mount will fit if you are upgrading. Question is what are the real additions? This is something we have all been debating over here. Translation from the German blurb seems to indicate - not much! Personally I prefer the 595/590 for the simple reason - the "up ahead" function which the Navigator has not got. Yes, the control wheel is nice but still think the 590/595 is better. Also from a cost point of view you can pick up the 595 for under EURO 500. Its all personal of course.
Wow it's got a clearer screen in the sun, more memory and you can avoid main roads! I did like the winding roads feature on my old tomtom (which it has taken this long for harming to catch up) and the fact that you will be able to listen to music stored on your phone via Bluetooth. Why does it take so long to get these features on a -let's face it a very overpriced unit - bmw badged unit when I've had them on various cars for the last god knows how many years!? That said I love my nav v

Speaking to my dealer yesterday I was told to expect mine to arrive mid March .

If you don't mind me asking, what price have you been quoted?
Seems most dealers are a bit reticent with info, while they're clearing Nav V's off their shelves.
I can't fully remember the exact price but think it's either £670 or £675. I did try to get some money off but was basically told no chance as its so new. The price is way beyond what I would normally pay for a sat nav but as I'm getting my new bike this Saturday I wanted a sat nav that used the thumbwheel. Nearly went for the Nav V but then thought to myself what the heck.

I'm in a very similar situation myself.
Just picked up a 6 month old and zero miles showroom bike and want the best I can afford for it.
