I am in Essex (Wickford) and need to get the bike in for a couple of things. Could anyone recommend a good/reasonable (preferable independent) BMW mechanic not too far. Thanks

Just back for Reid's. Olly knows what he is talking about. Bike is booked for next week (waiting for Olly to call back to confirm price, though).

Finally had the bike done (some delay because of me injuring my neck). Olly did everything I wanted done and some more. The bike needed balancing apparently was completely out, he welded a hole in the exhaust that was done when previous owner had it cut with a discus. Changed the brake pads at the back, checked an oil leak at the drive shaft, which just needed to have the oil level dropped, fixed my heated grips that was not working, and the replaced part under the seat where you can lock the back section of the seat. He also did the rockers. Olly kept the bike a little bit longer because the seat part did not come on time. Final bill was £170, being my first visit to a mechanic not sure if it is good value but I am happy with the service, due to the fact that Olly does not try to add work just to bill you more.
