Need clocks

I’m ready to MOT my 2004 F650GS single, but the LCDs and dials are not working. The only outfits willing to take a look at replacing the capacitors, checking PCB tracks etc, want up to £200 with no guarantee of a fix.

What are my options? I need to sell once MOT’d.

Does anyone have a working instrument cluster for sake, for my year?

I'm just wondering how the problem emerged & then what checks have been undertaken - dash lights, fuses, battery condition, wiring, connectivity that has led to this conclusion?

I bought the bike naively - was told the issue was due to old battery.

The speedo, tacho and both LEDs don’t work.

PCB looks clean and no obvious signs of corrosion or component failure but I’m not an expert.

Battery holds charge for a month at a time and appears healthy. Ridden 250 miles over a day with many stop starts. All good.

Fuses all good. Dash warning lights work. Connectors appear fine, wiring too but again I’m inexperienced and can’t tell if there’s an internal wiring break somewhere.
