Need help to pick a colour...

Hi all.
Need some input, I'm rebuilding r1100rt from ground up and its almost finish, now have to choose colour ,
I narrow to 2 ...black high gloss or bmw racing white with stripes in Perl finish .
Any thoughts ?

Black.

They're not exactly handsome bikes in the firstplace,but in white they look like big slab sided plastic tupperware containers on wheels.

In black ,at least that effect is disguised a bit

PS forget stripes.....the thing hasn't got the angles to carry them off IMO.

I don't envy your painter whatever colour you choose, they're a right pain in the arse to paint!!

I'd go with a Tungsten grey colour .. must not have been an original option but who cares!!

I think you might struggle to make that paint scheme work with a big old RT. You'd need to be careful not to overdo it!

Correct, yet so much nicer than glacier green which was feckin awful in comparison and dates the bike. The blue is a far more contemporary colour and makes the bike age well.

I beg to differ - Glacier ones always sell quicker & for more money on the Bay

Siena Red (Terracotta) is also a good one
