I was out with Pete and his brother-in-law last Sunday for a wee spin in the fog and rain. Anyway, I picked up a puncture but decided to repair it when I got back home.
So, while turning the wheel to find the puncture I noticed quite a bit for lateral movement, bo**ox.... funny I had also noticed some pulsing from the rear break pedal while out and about on my moto but wasn't too concerned.
Yesterday I started the process of breaking down the rear drive. Managed to remove the bevel gear and also the seal and bearing from the shaft drive housing.
But I can't for love nor money remove the main bearing from the drive axle.
and yes I heated it and used a bearing puller but I don't have a work bench and it's just a struggle trying to do this on the floor of the shed.
Anyone got any idea's
