New 1250, can "Multifunction Indicator Lights" be coded out ?

Do the Weiser Technik extreme evo indicators still the vario panniers to fit?

I did my 2024 GSA, no problem. All indicators are now just indicators and the rear light is now a conventional stop and tail as per pre-multifuntion. I can't remember the exact process but it's very straightforward, tail lamp is set at 10% intensity, brake lamp at 100%.
 
Might already of been asked, but would your dealer reconfigure to a conventional set-up

When I spoke to a BMW dealer recently about it. They told me that in order to get my 2022 R1250GS Adventure to have a working back light I would need an earlier loom.

This maybe the case.

However. It can be easily programmed with a GS-911 tool.
As well as turning the multifunction indicator to just indicators.

What part of the country are you in?
I know there is someone in the Wolverhampton area who done Black Country Bikers 1250GS for a charity donation.

Personally. I would have thought, it’s worth the outlay of about £250 for the basic GS-911 tool and do it yourself.

I purchased the dearer unit.
Reprogrammed my back light. Indicators. Start up screen. Speedo and Sport screen and added extra heated grip settings.

On my BMW Scooter I was able to completely change from a very plain basic dash. To a dash from the R1250R. Change the start up screen and adjust from 3 heated grip settings to 6.

By the time I have done with the tool. I will get close to my money back.
 
Infact. My bike has sold. Going Friday. The dealer would prefer if I put everything back to standard.
Nearly there. But not got the rear red indicator lights back on. Presently I have orange DRL and stop lights on indicators at the rear.

Has anyone got a screenshot of the original rear light settings please? 2022 bike.

Also. Not sure of the 3 temp settings on the grips. I know the top setting is 100% it’s the other two. I know I can make it up. But rather get it exact.

All sorted this morning and tested.

Bike going tomorrow morning.
Scooter went this morning. All back to standard.
