Don't ask me how i know but the new adventurer is being worked on as we speak.
In the shops late 2004/early 2005.

Based on new 1200 but just more off road radical and with weight reduction too!!

Thanks for the info Mike but...

I REALLY DON'T LIKE THOSE ENGINE BARS!
(That should make me the first person to criticise the new ADV I reckon :D )

You Wally!!!

Anyone who's been following developments knows that to save weight on the adv they've ditched the bars altogether.......instead you get two VERY VERY VERY big sponges attached to the jugs........these can be colour matched (at extra cost) and serve as being water holders for long distance trips......

Touratech have already got 'trimmed natural sponge' alternatives sorted out, and are planning to bring out a slightly squishier version for America in light of safety fears.

So nernerna nerner!!!!

What's this then

Found this some time ago, notice knobblies, wire wheels, engine bars and the tank looks a lot bigger than existing pictures of the 1200

Bugger

I've e-mailed BMW customer information asking what is happening. One dealer I've asked this week reckoned they would be getting a GSA in November for December delivery!

SWMBO will not be impressed if I have to get a new bike earlier than planned.:D :D :D :D
