New bike day!!

As everyone has said; that looks peachy, just peachy!

I know its early doors, but what is that seat like? Comfy? Looks cracking.

N-joy!
Chris

Still love that colour scheme even if i did go for the Exclusive in the end! Looking good fella, just noticed your radiator covers are black? hhmm I may just put them on mine!
I hope your Mudslinger doesn't wear away on the rear tyre like mine has!

Looks good dude. I've been looking at / thinking about getting an Urban GS on the side as well. What's your impression of the Urban? I've only ridden one with off road tyres briefly, but it does seem like a nice, old school 2nd bike for a bit of fun. Definitely the most comfortable of the NineT range. Shame it doesn't have the slightly superior suspension of the 'standard' RNineT. Handlebar position / height seems more comfy than the other versions and it's a pretty bike. I'm actually wondering if the 'racer' model could accommodate the urban , upright handlebars (without issues with the fairing).

I've had the Urban for 2 years now and love it. I changed the suspension for a Wilbers unit last year and what a difference it made, along with a set of bar risers and i find it really comfortable. I mainly use it for commuting and summer rides with mates. It's a great 2nd bike and goes perfectly with my GS..Made a few changes to the aesthetics, the Wunderlich crash bars and hand guards give it a really old school look and the rear fender unit finishes it off beautifully..
Great second bike and helps keep the milage down on the GS and the car..

Interestingly i ordered a set of these from BMW and when i collected the bike they told me it comes with them fitted as standard.. I think all the Rallye versions have them fitted as standard (GS and GSA)..

Quick update on where i am with farkling...

Skytag tracker serviced, reconfigured for this reg and now fitted for that extra piece of mind..
Wunderlich lowered footpegs fitted (taken off the old GSA).
Centre stand helicopter taped and centre stand guard fitted
Dinalli Sound Bomb fitted
Headlight guard fitted
Rizoma rear grab handle fitted today

Booked in for first service on the 31st and only 150 miles left to do...

As soon as it's done the Dynamic/Enduro Pro plug will be installed and the fun can really begin.... Then it's only a week until it gets 'adventurised' with luggage racks, tent and roll bag before heading down to the Alps for a week of camping and alpine passes with BluesnTwos and EasySushi of this parish(AKA Jon and TY)...

Can't wait..

Nice one, looks good, enjoy and hopefully the weather will pick up shortly:thumby:
