New bike

You must spend a lot of money there or inside dealings as when I walk in they don't even bother to look at me, so I take my money else where.
as for mill I can't see any change

just ask mick Mckenrick who left because there service was not second two none it was about last

My experience too. Had one bike from there but now buy from Alan Jeffries.
Had services done by Mick Kendrick, he's down to earth and fair.

I agree that Paul is a top lad, I often feel he needs to be to make up for other staffs short comings, as is Steve. Sadly there is more involved with Mill than those two. I would be reluctant to buy from Mill again, but would never say never. With the exception of the two lads mentioned I felt the others played on the fact there is limited choice for me as a punter if I want a BMW. Mick Kendrick is a good alternative, and I think the small competition he offers Mill is healthy and should keep some of them on the ball.

And now, as if by magic Cooper's have just announced a "massive" re-development of the Motorcycle Department with two level showroom and extensive facilities improvement. Due to be completed by August 2013. Sounds like a "takeover" of the Mini Building ?. Looking forward to that.
And regards as regards real customer service, when they really "like you" they will show you where the "decent" biscuits (scottish shortbread) are hidden but you will be sworn to secrecy !!.

Nope
They have moved to a single story tent in the car park which they are sharing with the car boys. Looks like a full refurbish of the entire building as it is all behind a fence.

On the customer service point I have had good service from them all.

If you say 1 or 2 people have had bad customer service then you can say well that's not bad really.
But for god sake look how many people are having problems with them, that tells you something's wrong.

I find its there flocking attitude towards new customers the bike sales staff think they are to good to even lift there head to look at you, when you approach them they are looking on the computer and ill be with you shortly 45 minuets later I walk out, one bike sale lost,:blagblah:blagblah

You need to forget about them and move on:comfort:thumb

Nice one.

I bought my GSA from Coopers and have had great service. Shaft seal went after a week and sorted no problems, flakey fairing paintwork got sorted just as quickly.

Great set of lads in there

Let's be honest - you'd expect nothing else if the shaft seal gave out within the 2 yr warranty period - never mind 3 days.

Sorry couldn't afford a brand new one, it's a 2009 one with a one year warranty. I'm sure the previous owner was aware of the leak but Coopers had it repaired in super quick time so that's what impressed me about their service

Loving the GS, wish I'd got one sooner:clap

And now....dealer of the year

Cooper Sunderland are the BMW Motorrad Dealer of the Year 2012!

We are overjoyed to announce that we are the winners of the 'BMW Dealer of the Year' award. We'd like to thank all of our customers for their support over the past year, and hopefully there will be more awards to come!

Well done:thumb2

Must admit Paul is a nice helpful guy but I'm afraid everything else is a let down, went there to buy an 800 for wifey, we spoke to someone who was "to busy to check stock and let her sit on one", or find out when any were available, after half an hour we went to Newcastle and bought a new KTM for her same day, never been back

On the other hand and getting back to thread pleased you got sorted out not many people would achieve getting a new bike replacement, well done , theres nothing worse than buying a barge and getting no help:thumb
