New Bike :)

Compared to my previous Yorkshire specification 2013 LC, this 'ere new fangled semi-active suspension is interesting - by some mysterious witchcraft BMW have managed to make it feel firm and supple all at the same time - need more miles on it and it will be interesting to see how it feels with squared off tyres but feels pretty good so far, easily absorbs road imperfections but still feels firm and totally under control.

I have only used the road mode/one helmet setting so far, but feels close to perfect. Monday going for a two up ride with luggage so will see how that feels - will be doing big miles in the summer fully loaded, hopefully it will still feel as controlled.

Two up ride all good - seems to retain its neutral steering better compared to my 2013LC too - as well as adding the steering damper did BMW change the geometry after 2013?

Heavier crank does make it a bit easier to trickle along with less clutch slipping, also one can run the higher gears down to lower speeds more easily - new suspension along with the slightly less flighty steering makes the 2015 bike just that bit easier to ride two up compared to old bike.
