A rear suspension failure on my 2009 gs caused me to visit the dealers this afternoon and ive come away with (well on order) a 15 plate 1200 GS TE complete with free sat nav.

gonna be a long 2 weeks to collection day..

:D:D:D

Congrats :thumb2 , had my GS TE 12 months now and its been an absolute pleasure, taking me down to Italy and back, taking in the Futa pass, up to the West Coast of Scotland, a quick ovenight blat into France. 7000 miles and no regrets and it still looks totally brand new.

Enjoy!

Getting my new 2014 GS(lowered) on 3rd March, can't wait.:D ( well, actually have to wait, you know what I mean).:bounce1

Shouldn't it be a 2015, if you're getting it in March?

You wouldn't want those cold grips on the 2014 models!:P

The Blue owners amongst us think otherwise :green gri Enjoy :beerjug:

i have ordered the black one with everything except the keyless ignition and the quick shifter. couldn't have the red one and I'm colour bind with blues and greens so the blue looked purple to me in the showroom..

My opinion for what it's worth is that keyless ignition and quick shifter are the two best features/extras on the bike. I only wish the panniers had Central locking like on the k1600 thereby eliminating foundling for keys at sandwich time

Well got the new GS on Tuesday evening(3rd) and it snowed on wednesday.

Spent all day Thursday installing all the stuff from my old GS, then a coat of AFC50. :thumb2

I will get out on it soon........:clap
