Having just traded up from a 18 K1600 GTL to a 21 GSA I thought so to......for about 5 seconds. The K's are remarkable bits of kit but relatively limited in scope. I miss the K's F1 sound above 5,000 Rpm but that's about it. The 21 GSA TE out handles it, definitely out comforts it and most certainly gives more smiles per mile, enabling access to parts not seen on a K.
 
A GSXR is like a push bike weight wise in comparison to a loaded K.....and I'm a bit of a wimp ;-)
 
Having purchased an inline 4 you realise very quickly how agricultural the boxer engine is.
However the low down torque is nice.
