Closer than Perth for sure but for Perth you wouldn’t need to go south. This means the riding would much better going to Perth.

Well I've booked bike into Perth so that's where I shall go. Don't like to mess people about plus other arrangements up there.

No I was just going to post about Bill Smiths. They seem to have dropped
Indian
Royal Enfield
Suzuki
Kawasaki ( after a major refit for them only 9 months ago)
The Chinese ( Arsey brands)
BSA

Now they are just Triumph and Honda, they are also closing the Queensferry Triumph showroom and consolidating everything At Waverton

I thought the Triumph showroom wouldn't last. That's a massive pulling in of horns by Smiths.
