New discs

I'm putting some new discs on my '02 1150, anything to watch out for, ways to do it etc.Seen somewhere to apply heat........don't want to do this, is it straightforward or do I have to watch out for anything ?

If you don`t want to do it don`t do it.
Its pretty straightforwrd but you might as well change the Bobbins and wave washers. Have you had any problems, any disc movement ?

I did mine earlier this year and added an extra washer, do a seach its a fix that works, I sourced everything from Motorworks (then gave it to someone that knows what they are doing) and paid a modest fee.
Heat is added because locktite is used.
Its brakes, if you are not sure, give it to someone that is.
