.... but still a bit strange not to wanting to give a number, and stating no callers on the website. It would certainly put some potential customer off
If you can get away with just being internet based, why would you want a telephone number? It only allows stupid people to pester you with "Have you got it in pink" questions etc. With the Living Wage and employer contributions to compulsory employee pensions imminent, the attractions of being an internet based business are pretty obvious. They've obviously decided that having a phone number is more hassle than it's worth.
