Panniers or top box. I have the Vario panniers and they seem fine but then I've no experience of other brands. I like the locking system being easy and of course one key does everything. I use soft luggage rather than a top box.

If I was picking another make for panniers I'd play safe probably and from here when I was researching, there are a myriad of opinions.

Personally, for regular use I think the Varios are great.

The R/H rack could be 10mm closer to the exhaust. Box is a tad wider than the bars.

The Dexter likes them and showed his approval by pissing up the tyre but there again it is a "toilet".

When Givi get round to having a rack available I'm going for the 52L Trekker top box. Offered the box up yesterday it looked good

Ordered TT Zega pro panniers for mine,I'll be keeping the original ADV rear rack and back box and adapting it to fit the new bike.

The main reason for adapting the ADV rear rack is that it gives you a much flatter area for loading a tent, plus it saved me over £400.

I think the dog will fit but try it and post a picture. I'd drill air holes and drain holes to keep the RSPCA off your back.

Even if the dog didnt fit there is so much capacity there that you could get half the dog in one and the other half in the other!

That is some serious kit though.

For anyone thinking of buying TT panniers and racks on the LC I have to say the racks and the way they have designed them to fit to the bike is excellent. I suspect you could go to the moon and back with these but there again the 11** boys would never believe you and assume you'd just hung around in some dodgy warehouse for a while :hide

Impressed with the lawn stripes so soon after our cold snap and rain deluge.

Hello,
Thank you for your e-mail, the SR5108 is currently available to order, but is on back order from Italy for 4-5 weeks as it is a new product which has just been released.

I got the same response when I inquired about pannier frames for the new GS...
