Actually I'm not it can help.
Are you really running the full version of Office including Outlook? You should be able to find out on your good disk where it keeps your offline folders for your mailbox, via it's help and menus, not searching the disk. Then hunt on the cold one.
Also, did you run any kind of chkdisk etc? as one of the things those programs can do when salvaging a disk is to throw away data that doesn't make sense to the metadata in the filesystem. Given the metadata is just as likely to be inaccessible as the real blocks allocated to any file, there's a chance the data has gone for good at this point.
In my professional role, I'd be pointing you at backups, but most folk simply don't bother at home.
