Hi folks,

Just a quick note to say hello. Recent owner of a BMW R1200 RT. Did my IAM Motorcycle Test three weeks ago and decided to celebrate buy going out and buying it.

At present, just getting used to riding her. She's taller and heavier than anything I've ever ridden before but looking forward to clocking up some miles and I've a feeling this will be a beautiful relationship.

Had a quick look through the forum which seems fantastic. Looking forward to contributing and picking up a few tips.
