Until that post, it was going well.

I am happy to get back to the issue of brake fluid dribbles - it really was a non story, wasn’t it, man has weeping brake fluid, man takes it to dealer, dealer will fix it - hardly much of a thread to start with unless one is an utter snowflake in which case you shouldn’t be riding a motorcycle!

Agree but you must admit, it is not confidence inspiring, if you have to take your bike for a few thousand KM/s ride............

Anyone with any significant experience of motorcycling would not be phased by such things, would you? Those without experience should get the dealer to take a look if they have any doubts.

If the issue was resolved, and they had said we admit there is a problem, and changed something, maybe I would be happy, but the silence, and everything is golden every-time, just like the spokes, is not the best, you have to admit, and well brakes are a tad important, whether you are a novice or a hardcore rider like yourself.......

It’s got nothing to do with experience ! If I had a brake leaking fluid on to the disc and I was about to head off to the Picos, that bike would stay in the garage . What’s to say the leak won’t get worse ?

Big man big mouth. Brakes are not to be fucked with, any issues regarding the working of such a system is safety critical.

Any problem with a new bike is not the best, of course not, but FFS the old women on here tend to blow everything totally out of proportion so have to be countered for some common sense balance.
