New to UKGSER. Upgraded to a GSA, last year from a GS WC, but unfortunately experienced bad vibrations- making the bike all but unrideable.
It's been a journey, but N Oxford & I have worked through this, and yesterday I picked up a sparkling new replacement GSA, exactly as my previous one.
Sun was shining, new bike, absolutely love the GSA and it's not vibrating-just what a GS/GSA should be!
So just wanted to say a huge public THANKS, to the guys at North Oxford for sorting it all out for me, the team and service are second to none.

Good to hear its sorted.

Picked mine up five weeks ago and loving it.

Enjoy the site and the bike :thumb2

Glad you are pleased with the new bike & welcome to the forum.

What was wrong with the first one? Was it the engine or chassis vibrating? Did
they diagnose what was wrong?

Vibration through bars, pegs. Rear pegs real bad. Lots of tweaking and adjusting. But still there. Hands numb after 10 miles!
