New slave?

I'm guessing it's a new slave and input seal? What else do I look for?

Bike R1150GSADV, 05, 30000 km.

Symptoms: Squeeling and grinding when clutch engaged. Sounds dissapearing when clutch lever is pulled.

Help will be appreciated. Thanks.
