I needed a new sleeping bag to use for camping in the New Forest over the weekend, as the weather forecast was predicting it to be a bit nippy overnight (it was).

Anyway, Les at Traveldri Plus sorted me out with a Nanok Comfort -5C one.
It was superb, very comfy and very warm, never felt cold at any point when using it.

Nice one Les :thumb

I bought a Nanok -10c from Les a year or so back at the hog raost - top bit of kit and value for money. :thumb

A perfect sleeping bag have earplugs.... so you won't hear all those who snores at the camp site!!! :D

How much was it?

The -5C is £70 and the -10C is £80 but talk to Les as he reckons the -5C is good enough for most needs.

A -10C would be too hot in the summer but a -5C would be OK (they do vent at the bottom). If you needed to drop really low with a -5C you just need a liner.

Yup sounds about right 80 or 90 quid if I remember right. I actually have a fleece liner as well which packs up to next to nothing so with the -10c bag and the liner I am warm as toast . When it's warmer I can use just the fleece liner by itself . Combine that with an Exped downmat which Les stocks as well and you will never be cold in a tent again :thumb
