I’d recommend this village. Open out of ski season. Good base from which to explore.

I’ve quite enjoyed having 3 nights in same place, don’t think I’ve done that before on a tour.

I’ve often wondered how those Rockets are round tight corners…..

On sweeping 50 mph bends were both ok.

On “Stelvio” type bends I am useless going uphill.

On right handlers I often flare out, thankfully having checked what’s coming down first.

That combined with a heavy bike makes it interesting.

I’d say I was the weak link to be honest not the bike.

Same as me - shit at uphill hairpins…

Downhill fine / mostly psychological….

Someone was asking me about miles and mpg I think.

I remembered tonight …..

Today , 306 miles at average of 35.7 mph

Took her through 20k today. Not missed a beat.

Whole trip so far 1745 miles averaging 34 ish
