New Tools Needed

Right been promising myself a set of new tools for general mainteance of the bike but there seems to be too much choice and more importantly the price has to be right. Also i'd like to get a pretty comprehensive tool roll to keep on the bike. Yeah i know i can make one up myself so really looking for a good starting point. Apparently Halfords have some good offers on, has anyone had any experience using their tools etc.
Feel abit lazy posting this but might aswell use the collective knowledge of fellow tossers.

Second teng tools, what i like about them is the cracking tool chests. The chests have trays so if a tool is left out it stands out a mile, cracking tools.
