Had a cracking spin on the bike yesterday. It was one of those really clear autumn days. Brilliant!

AVAST USERS - Avast had been flagging my blog up as malicious, I've done a few checks on it and its safe. I've contacted Avast who say they'll sort it as soon as possible. Let me know how you get on.
