Nippy Normans

While I have only placed one order with Nippy Normans, I have absolutely no complaints what so ever. Ordered goods, email order confirmation with full pricing including shipping to Oz. Advised by email that order had been packed and despatched but typically takes 2 weeks to get to Oz. Received goods, exactly as ordered 10 days later in excellent condition. No complaints at all.

I wish I received similar service from all international companies I deal with (including those I deal with through work).

I am currently having my first experience with "Nippy" and I'm not impressed. My order was placed on the 28 May and I'm still waiting. No e-mail, no telephone call, ziltch! So I rang him to only get that damned answering machine, AGAIN! I left a message asking WTF was my order and he rang back saying it would be with me yesterday. HHmmm do you think it came!!!!

I've ordered twice now, both times really good with excellent unrushed advice over the phone. I guess with any company posting at such a rate things go askew from time to time.

Ordered stuff with Nippy Normans twice, and no problem with either order. Ordered on-line, got a confirmation by e-mail within hours and both items arrived within days.

In fairness, nobody can do better than that.

so the bloke i spoke to on phone (who i guess is norman?) who told me the part had been posted was economical with the truth to put it politely, nearly 2weeks later and another chase up phone call/mail and it actually had not been posted.

not so great service by all acounts but it arrived in the end.

best thing to do is confirm stock before ordering i guess...

Just taken receipt of my converter plug for the power socket, only first time I have dealt with them, good service and will use again.
