I have ordered bits from NN, and have had fantastic service. 5 days from him to me, the longest just over a week, hmm you say not so good. Not for England maybe, but I'm in Australia. The local suppliers could do with a few lessons from the guy. As with most of the replies so far Easter Holidays, anyone?

Nothing but praise for Norman. Everything as promised and on time.
I am in the mail order business and you have to remember that we in the trade are at the mercy of two main protagonists, the post office who are f*****g useless and in some parts of Europe, down right corrupt theiving scum and Internet service providers, who are far from perfect. We get the blame when they screw up.
Its always worth a phone call to find out whats happening. But as I said before my experience of NN has been excellent

Always, always great service for me. And I should know as I've got most of the stuff now!
If he ain't got it he doesn't take the money in my experience but delivers everything else.
Speak to the man. He knows his stuff too as he rides the same as us I believe.

I had same problem and emailed him and was sorted asap
He's gone down from 120% satisfaction to 119%

A free can of ACF50 has been included to compensate for the delay.

The first package arrived after 4 days, and was on special delivery royal mail so had only been sent the day before.
