I was given a dark tint one from someone on the site, excellent but I had to cut 2 inches off the top as being on the short side I was struggling to see over it, now it's the perfect size for me
This is the beauty of the Givi Aeroflow screen - lowest position in hot weather so you still get a cooling breeze (and still have better protection than the OE screen) and then raise the screen if it's wet and/or cold
Happy with mine, Had to do a bit of minor filing around the mounting holes (which some people complain about), But definately decent enough for the price.
Had to drill out the front mounting holes, it took less than 5 mins..
Fan bloody tastic .... at 6' 4" i suffered bad buffeting on whichever position i had the original.
Now with the NN set on the lowest position i can ride a 80 with visor up no wind turbulence or even better no bugs in your eyes.
Thanks chaps......think it's going to be the NN screen. Too much paraphanalia on the vario/airflow screens for my liking. Did have a quick look at the Ceebaileys website until I saw their price - £179. Someone over the pond is having a laugh!
HAd mine fitted for about 1,000 miles now - Adjusted it so it's just below my eyeline, meaning flies just catch the top of the visor.
It's a bit stuffy when it's warm; Obviously less air hitting helmet vents etc.
Still a bit of buffeting around the shoulders.
....and the only slight problem I had the other day in the Lakes was it was raining and foggy and when on twisty up and down going water on the screen and visor could combine to reduce visibility of the road surface just ahead in certain situations.
I still prefer it to the original - I've seen it said elsewhere that the Adv type winglets, used with this screen get rid of most of the buffeting?
