Mine was reliable for the first couple months the last owner had it. Then the gearbox seized.

I've had my 06 GSA for 12 months, I've done 8000 miles and only a blown headlight bulb! I've now got 15k on the clock....What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps the previous owner had all the problems?

I will renew my BMW warranty, mainly due to the problems I see others have experienced. Are you sure you're not getting a commission from BMW for selling extended warranties?
