So my 660 has stopped talking to me. I have checked the volume is turned up and the mute is unchecked. I tried playing my music which is in it but nothing. But if I plug in headphones directly into the side of the unit I can hear the music? I've tried a reset to no avail. Is it hammered or am I missing something simple to fix it.. any help would be great.

When you say it's stopped talking to you, how are you using it? Is this in a car cradle and you're not getting voice instructions from the built in speaker or do you mean you're not getting sound, both route guidance and music, into a Bluetooth headset in your helmet.

Nothing either in the bike cradle via Bluetooth autocom or in the car cradle via its own speaker.

There is a separate volume/mute for music & directions, check that.
If there's a pair of lips with a cross along it on the map screen voice directions are turned off.

Ok so there is a volume icon button on the main screen after it starts up. Click it its at 100% click the mixer button it brings up the master, navigation and media all of which are at 100%. Even doing the soft touch on the on/off button which brings up the quick settings volume is at 100%. Im stumped. But thanks for helping guys
