If you are hard-wiring the phone to the Autocom, select Headset. Make sure the lead is plugged in first. If you are pairing a bluetooth dongle, do the pairing, then go to Enhancements and select 'Handsfree.' If you are happy with the current profile, select Automatic Answer to On.
