All in all (as others have said) it was a shite weekend and one I'm sure no one else will want to attend. Many thanks to Paul for all his effort in setting it all up, Joe for leading the ride out and Wendy for being the only female who attended on Sat night and displayed admirable resilience whilst taking all the flak from all....... Oh, and for squeezing into that condom sized tent with Nigel.....:D

Great weekend - thanks for organising it all, Paul. The sight of all those rufty-tufty round-the-world adventure bikers on their farkle-laden Touratech catalogue 1150s and 1200s queueing up to ride through the ford at Eynsford was priceless.

Of course, that's all we saw most of them do - queue up, think about it, then ride over the bridge. :D

How Wendy put up with all the banter is beyond me. She deserves a prize. I'd certainly give her one.

I went to sleep after midnight, woke up a gerzillion times through the night because I was cold, finally gave in and put myjacket on at 4:00 am. Woke up at 7:15, ordered a cuppa, went back to get dressed, lay down on the airbed, and woke up again at 09:40. I blame it one too many cans (of Fanta). Breakfast missed :blast Shouldn't have worried, Daisy knocked up a lovely bacon, black pudding and egg bap (though not quite on the scale of Big Pete's the previous night).

I wasn't bothered by the honey badgers - I understand the hyenas saw them off down near the river. In any case, Rory would have seen them off with his axe...

Did anyone get a usable picture of the stick our freakishy large friend found for the fire on Saturday night.

Anyway, great weekend all round - look forward to seeing you again at the Hograost or elsewhere.

Thanks Paul for a cracking weekend! :thumb2 Thanks JoeC for a great ride out Saturday and thanks to the catering staff (sorry didn't catch their names) for the excellent food.

And thanks to everyone else who attended for making my first Tosser weekend such a fantastic one, it was great to meet you all :JB

Got home to Burton in 3 hours exactly :clap

All the best, hope to see all again soon,

Mick

PS. It was a pile of poo! crap site, crap weather, crap food, the rest of you would have hated it, so don't go next year! ....... :thumb

I have set us up a Flickr account that we can all post our pictures on. I will PM you all with log in details shortly, maybe tomorrow.

In the meantime, here is a picture of the outragiously freaky large one, Chad.

Paul, thanks for putting this together, it was fantastic. Joe's rideout to Headcorn - lovely set of all sorts of roads, catering guys - fantastic food, as for the freakishly tall person (Chad) thanks for keeping us warm! But you should seek help with your fire fetish! Chris - it was good that nobody upset you over the weekend as there was no quick drying cement around for you to sort them out (Don Chris). Wendy - thanks for taking the stick! (No pun intended - No I didn't mention WILLIES!) It was nice to see many new faces, the company was good, the banter was bril-good time all round.

PS If you haven't been to this before, next year I suggest you don't go. It's not your cup of tea and Chris may have the cement available by then. :D
