I took the orange beastie into work today, so im up for it whatever the weather.

Both Dave and Mike will be on big KTMs (ie not their respective pogos).

It's still not raining where I am. Even if it starts raining now, I think that the trails will be reasonably firm.

Well we ended up with six of us taking in some of the finest lanes south Hertfordshire has to offer.

• Dave Emsley (KTM 950 SE R)
• WindyChuffer (DR-Z 400 E)
• Pathologic (R1200GS)
• Mike (KTM 990 Adv)
• Paul (KTM 990 Adv)
• Me (Husaberg FE450e)

Lack of rain meant that they were pretty much all GS-able (as Pathologic demonstrated so well), although the last trail was a bit wetter!

Around 31 miles of trails were followed by a drink and platter at Whitewebbs.

The Member for Mid-Herts (currently holidaying on expenses in Mallorca) even sent a message of goodwill for the ride!

Perhaps we'll do it all again soon?
