I bought my 1150 GSA from NOG in February and have had nothing but good service and helpful advice since. Bought secondhand panniers and went over on saturday to get the locks recoded, the wife came on the back and was quite happy sat in the the coffee bar with a free cappacino watching Saturday Kitchen on the big screen!
I could change to a closer dealer as I live in Worcester but why bother?

NOG are now operating a £100 'Customer Referral Scheme' which comes in very handy when some one you know and like wants to buy a BMW

I picked up my new Vario Top Box today and used the credit note as part payment

A little update for you
I like Cooper Reading because I get customer Service when I visit, something that I felt I never received at North Oxford. Cooper Readings reward is that I have just invested in a new HP2 from them.

... Shame Coopers are closing in September then Mr Whele, they have always seemed pleasant and helpful, but I haven't been succesfully persuaded out of cash by them. You will have to search further afield until a new Reading dealership opens next year.

... However I DO HAVE A NOG SHIT FLAVOURED TONGUE ... They have given me nothing but great service and support. (Ahem ... 'tis almost a pleasure to slacken the ol' purse strings for them)
