Hi, pretty new to ukgser and gs (got mine back in July, and loving it).

Notice quite an active ride out crowd down in Devon and Cornwall and wondered if any of the northern south west crowd ever get together? (wilts/Somerset area).

Thinking of suggesting say meeting up somewhere just off m4 and maybe a. Spin over the bridge and say up the Wye valley with a bacon sarnie and a cuppa maybe at Abergavenny?

Anyone interested? Different suggestions etc?

Drop a post and maybe we can get something sorted?

Nice and casual no rules bla bla bla

cheers

rob

I would be interested in meeting up. Bought my GSA in March and have not met up with anyone yet from this site. Your idea of a casual meet up is a good one.:beerjug:

Hi Rob, I reckon of few from Devon and Cornwall would be up for joining You on a ride out in your area. :beerjug:

You never know you may even be able to temp some of us gsers in the deep west away from our winter fire sides depending on dates, start time, weather, route, bun availability, etc etc......... After all we do have world class, round the world capable machines don't we, and Wales is not that far is it? :augie.

Edit, Beat me to it by a minute Andy.

If you sort a date route etc to aberbus station, give us lazy sods up in Bris/Glos a knock we're usually up for a bimble across, :rob
but in time honoured David A Hall stylie---last minute notice please:pullface

you know that you will only stress if you have to much notice!

Give some info on dates / route, I might be interested...

I would be coming from Taunton so a meet-up closer to the Severn Crossing would be good.

Edit: I don't mean you start the route at the Severn Crossing, it's just thats where I could join the group.

Definitely be interested, haven't been on here long so it would be good to meet a few fellow Gs'ers.

Hello Chaps

I might be up for a bimble over to Aber/Brecon if I'm not working when you all decide to go.
And i know some loverly routs - on and off road - in the Abergaveny area.

Cheers:thumb

What have you been doing with your rear bearings to wear them out so quick Mark  ?

Big Q that one mate, 180000 miles in 20 months no off roading :nenau
i just hope it anit the start of chewing bearings up, some 1200 seem to go through them, at least these went before the warranty ran out.

As for the mince pies Brett i'll tell Nicola to stop eating so many :D

had a run over the breacons with the south wales crew between xmas and new year last year. Heated grips were going flat out and oh my god it was cold, but despite the ice, accidents and off moments it was well worth it especially the brew and food at llandovery. Its a bit of a run for us somerset/devon folk but like i said well worth it for the twisties alone.

I suppose I will have to be a Yamosser or Tenosser :augie :Motomartin
