north west indipendants

anyone know of good bmw specialist in the north west have used one not too impressed more interested in sorting their mates bikes rather than a paying customer .suspect they wont be around long so looking for other specialists in area or is a trip to steptoe for every service ??

thanks guys will try your suggestions .Hopefully the next time i get it serviced i wont have to put bits back on myself and will get home without the engine guards falling off and the rear caliper one bolt missing and the other half way out and dont think all the fluids were done as i asked clutch and brake as they were not specified on the bill .I wasnt in the mood to argue at the time as i had been waiting around for over 8 hours for the job to be done .I will not name the place as thats unfair but they will read this and know who they are but if asked my opinion i will pass on my issues .I will do what i always do when i get bad service never go back

just got from rgm today after getting my 1150 serviced. it cost me £220 for a 36 mile inspection service. roy the owner more than happy to let me watch and seemed perfectly competant and bike ran much better afterwards but has a slight squeal on braking.

yes the longer i think about it the more angry i get but all sorted now well nearly new end can on the way so should i hope sort outthe little nigle it has we will see but vern has but me as ease
