It's a Protest AGAINST...EC regulation. What else?

An EC directive is heading to their parliament which is proposing a set of dragonian reg's that will restrict motorcyclists doing things to their bike; e.g. a bit of servicing or any modifications.

Obviously there is a lot more to the list of proposed restistrictions that what has been mentioned here but it should be considered quite important if you are thinking about buying a new bike in the future and expecting to maintain its' warranty whilst avoiding the dealer network.

In other words: Don't F**k with it unless you are authorised.
