I put an email to that club.. 3 times.. trying to get info and never heard a word back.. so thought it was naff outfit.. hmm seems i may have been mistaken.. why no reply..?? eh...eh...eh??? ( sounding scouse, ohhhh nooo! )

Yes.....I must admit that is one of the clubs faults, sometimes there is poor response time or in your case no response time!

The best thing to do is have a look at the 'Whats On' page and then just turn up, no one will ever turn you away I can assure you. More often than not there is an e-mail address for the person that will be leading the run so that U can contact them.

Last year I enjoyed many runs with them and also made some very good friends.

Maybe see you in a couple of weeks time then?

I have just discovered the folder option on the PM box, but only have 7 messages in there and it keeps saying its full.. hmmm

Have a peek in the 'sent' box as well while you are havin' a clear out.

I would agree that yellow is best...........................but blue & white is much better.
