Looking good
Ace 👍

Like it already so keep us posted. How long you going for and do you have a "final" destination of just going to wander about ?

Ferry from Hirshals.
Stayed in a b&b booking Hirtshals
Highly recommended quality accommodation and value for money.
Day started off sunny landed in Kristiansand to torrential rain .
Destination Telemark motel .
Visor steamed up /glasses too.
My buddy had anti -fog wipes for my glasses and inside visor worked a treat .
Never had any problems 👌.
Sticking to the speed limits was a must .
Fines are to heavy for my means
Cars backing up behind us ,we let them thru they didn't hang about either .kind of thought they knew the roads for speed traps etc 🤔 . Tailed onto the back of them 😀.
We got to our motel which was about 55 pounds a head .
Cranked up the heaters to dry our stuff.
The owner made our meals and breakfast at a extra cost .

Started off in Fjaera
Absolute peach of a day 19° and 🌞
Headed along towards Vidfossen waterfalls very impressive > then onto Odda . New Stave church built here .
Next up Laerdal str onto the Aurslandfjellet mountain pass. If the single track wasn't big enough freckin coaches and camper vans. We eventually made to the view point and then over the mountain pass.
Few pics on the road. Final destination was Sogndal for the night Booking.com.

Left Sogndal cracking day highs of 19°.
Onto the F55 to Skjolden .
Str onto the Sognefjellsvegen mountain.
Why they let Coaches on single track with hairpin bends is beyond me , struggled to get passed buses/ campervans coming from the op direction.
On top it quickly turned to +9°
Glaciers in the background ,seen USA ski team buses and a helicopter flying luggage about.
Coming back down we stayed in Hjelledalen huts . Excellent value £30 per head . Picked supplies for breakfast at the local coop.
.

Woke up in Alesund this morning to find a cruise ship blocking the view.
Stayed in the Quality waterfront hotel.
After breakfast we headed South to Forde on the e39 . 2 ferries . On the second ferry got speaking to a girl (Crewmate) on the ferry asking were we are heading too.
Told us to come off the e39 and head to Hyen to Storebru 615 then onto Forde , what a cracking road and some views of more Fjords . Result

Bergen today Kopervik
We were on the road early bit of a queue for the ferry. We filtered up to the front .
Crewmen pointed us to a waiting spot
Another ferry 45mins .
Bit of drizzle ,soon dryed up
Dropped into some nice marina for coffees .The roads are fantastic no potholes and sitting at 80km is becoming enjoyable now. Getting used to the lower speeds .
Spotted at a beach on route Akrasanden
Place was deserted blowing a hoolie .
Back on the bike head for our hotel
Arken hotel in Kopervik.
Most eating places closed or close early at 20.00pm . .
Hotel was right on the front quality rooms .

Left Kopervik nice small town , few eating/ coffee shops to report. All closed early 20.00. No bars . Left 9.30am into light drizzle
Encountered a few long tunnels and a ferry
Average prices for the ferries £3- £6.50. So far. . Stopped off in Stavanger busy town again full of tourists. Managed to park near the port across from the main shops, cafes etc.
Some chaps were showing some old cars.
Men's choir singing on a boat .
Rain started to fall very heavy it was bouncing ended up staying a 1hr longer than expected.More coffee and cake. Eventually it eased up.
Our Hotel we are staying in Jorpeland .
So we could hit the early ferry from Songesand to Lysebotn.

Stayed in a place called Verkshotellet in Jorpeland . Cracking hotel it was the only hotel we could get 1 hr away from Songesand ferry to Lysebotn .
It was a early rise we left at 6.30 to make our way to Songesand ferry 7.55am the road was single track it was spectacular . Highly recommended to go this ferry route to Lysebotn, cost us £6.00 1hr 15m on the ferry. The views were outstanding we also managed to see base jumpers . If booking this ferry pre book as it is a busy ferry some cars were turned back . Reaching Lysebotn we ascended the climb of 27 tight hairpins and one in a tunnel 😬 viewing spot and a cafe at the top..
Fv4224 road another jaw drop str onto the Sirdalsveien ,turn right onto no 9 . Followed that all the way to Kristiansand.
Ferry in the morning to Denmark.
