Not Doc not in Cologne

Looks great, lovely weather and nice bikes. A tour like this is certainly not for me but can one just rent the bikes and have one’s own tour or is it just guided tours?

They don’t rent out bikes but other companies do. Why is it certainly not for you ?

Meanwhile I bagged the 800DE again

I just don’t fancy riding with a group of people I don’t know and have no idea of their riding ability. I also like to choose when and where I want to stop. We did a ride in Sardinia that was sort of organised. Me, my lad and my brother did it. On arrival we collected the bikes and were given gpx routes to hotels that were also booked. It worked out very well. We set off when we wanted, stopped when and where we wanted, went off route when and where we wanted and had great hotels booked for us. I do tour with a large group of mates every year but I don’t fancy touring with those I don’t know.

You could always interact with them and get to know them ! The beauty of the organised tour is you are taken on the best routes and stop at hidden gems for coffee and lunch etc .

Have you ever been on an organised tour?

I’d never done one but enjoyed it so much with wife in Dec 23 that I’m back again on same tour .

Don’t knock it till you try it .

Sunshine, warm, nice roads, scenery..bikes, what's not to like !
Enjoy :beerjug:

Looks good to me.
I have often thought of doing something like this, as where I live is pretty spectacular for biking, then I realise everyone would only need a one way ticket.

I don`t have the patience to allow them to live. :D

Where are you ? We might be passing in June . We could pop in and exchange obscenities 😜

Got a grey OXO with a black visor delivered yesterday. Can I borrow your jacket, underpants and jeans to fully match?
The young model is sporting a Rukka Raymore jacket if I'm not mistaken ?

Correct ,together with my Rokker cargo pants I got in Motolegends Sunday sale two weeks back for half price . They’re bloody brilliant. Much prefer them to the Rokkertech jeans

Another beautiful day today to ride .
It’s our rest day tomorrow so we’re renting CB500Xs from Canary Ride for the day for €80 to head up into the mountains for lunch . Seems a shame not to ride .
