Right for what its worth a post mission report, hope it helps someone at some stage;
Bike - Faultless, the horn gave up at 42 deg but came alive again when cooler ?
Rallye Pro Suit - I know the arguments, suffice to say I went from +2 to +41and it was great. Blazing sunshine to torrential rain in Germany and it was totally waterproof and as cool as possible with the multiple vents opened.
CamelBak - Thank god i elected to take it, a life saver. My fave bit of kit and a defo thank fuck moment when it got v hot.
Enduro Helmet - Fitted and I like the look so tick vg.
Zumo 550 - Excellent and my patented roll mat mount worked a treat. Id like a sun screen if one exists.
Sargent Seat - Fantastic piece of kit.
Dainese Gore Tex Boots - Waterproof, cool, and dead comfy, brilliant.
Scala Rider - Only used as a music system but was brilliant, un toothed GPS after 1 day, too irritating breaking up the music.
Charging lead from BMW to Fag adapter - Brilliant when rough sleeping for phone.
IPhone - Fantastic for safety and FB updates so my one mate could follow me for fun and safety.
Vango 300 - Great bit of kit, steal at 112 quid from Go outdoors price match thing.
Vango 25 quid bag - Totally sufficient, dont waste money on mega bags if not required.
GoreTex Bivi Bag - Had for donkeys, awesome.
Thermarest - Cheap ones are cheap for a reason, awesome
Mountain Eqpt Bag - Ive got the N Face one too, not worth the extra money, good tosser deal from Cotswold
Roc Straps - Great half price from here, Ill never use anything else again.
Thats the kit done, Ill have a think about the route, roads and ferrys etc.
