nuvi 350

i have a nuvi 350 with preloaded maps of europe on it,
the unit doesnt come with any software for use on a pc, i want to manage waypoints and pois. i believe mapsource waypoint & poi manager will work.
does anyone know where i can get this from,

that is for uploading other databases that have been created by someone else, i believe
i want to create and manage my own pois. the garmin waypoint and poi manager is available in the us and does not appear to be available in ireland or the uk for ordering. i emailed garmin and they said it would work with the nuvi, but they didnt say where i can get it from. (that was a week ago)
