Nuvi in an Aquabox

Anyone fitted a Garmin Nuvi in an Aquabox? The RAM-HOL-AQ2 on the GPS Warehouse site claims internal dimensions: 72mm Width, 145mm height, 30mm depth. My Nuvi 760 is 75mm deep where the Aquabox is 72 mm. Anyone managed to squeeze an extra 3mm into an Aquabox?

The AQ6 needs a round base (RAM-B-202) onto the rear of the box, which is also your cable access route as well.

I have an unused, large Aquabox tucked-away somewhere. I'll dig it out and measure the internal dimensions if you'd like. If it's of use to you, you are welcome to it.

(I did fit it once, to carry my iPod Classic but the vibes didn't agree with the iPod).
