O.express probs

Working on Fathers PC. Cant send or receive Emails on outlook express.Contacted BT who have reset all user names etc etc etc etc. Rang them 6 times today and all the "reps" at their end have done their best, but gone through the same things each time, all to no avail.They are now telling me there is a conflict on Outlook express on the PC, even though its only a month old.
Ps . .even though the PC is a month old, it is only now that my father has gone onto the net etc (and yes we can send mail etc through the BT homesite).

Help anyone????

Logon to the BT website and find the HELP section relating to setting up mail to work in OE. You'll need to know your father's email 'address' and the password to check that it's set up correctly.
