So, rode the bike fine this morning. Put her back in the garage and went about my day.

Just went to get her out to fuel up for Sunday's ride and it started then died. Not it's turning over just fine but not starting. Not like the battery issue where it cranks twice then stops. Sounds like a fuelling issue. There is about half a tank in there.

Any suggestions please?

I would disconnect the negative battery lead and leave for 10 or 15 minutes and then reconnect and see if she fires back up.

That's not a bad shout actually..

Nope. Nothing. Very odd.

BMW assistance are on their way now. It's turning over/cranking just fine, just sounds like no fuel being introduced.

Bummer cause this weekend was promising amazing riding weather!

You never know, they might fix it on the spot.

Fingers crossed.

I'll give BMW credit- their breakdown assistance is very good. 29 minutes away. Thankfully I'm still at home! :D

Update - dead fuel pump.

Bmw have taken her away to drop at local dealer tomorrow. Fingers crossed warranty will fit the bill!

That sounds fairly rare but at least it happened at least home, so in my book that’s not an official breakdown 🤣
