Is there any way of finding out the exact bolt type/size to replace the bar ends? Figure if I want to put some decent handguards on (looking at Barkbusters or Outex), I will need a thread reducer as they are all M8 fittings and I'm pretty sure the OEM is M10. Trouble is I need to know if it's M10*1.25 or *1.5 and even REALOEM only have the GS details - any solutions?

If it is that one, it fits a tonne of other models so that may make things easier
Just in case anyone is going down this route, I ended up getting a thread reducer for the original size - M10 x 1.5 - to the Barkbusters size - M8 x 1.25. Going to start a new thread for the handguards install so it's easier to search
