Off Road Schools in North Wales

I'm heading back down the road to the 'land of my fathers' this week and while I've got time off from earning the pennies I feel like spending some of them. Can anyone recommend an off-roading school in the North Wales area?
I haven't got 'down n dirty' since my youth so would definately be looking for someone to help a beginner. They'd need to supply the bike also as taking the GS off road is just asking for pain.

Oh yeah, and the cheaper the better!

Cheers Colt/Timolgra, I've just checked out both of the sites you recommended, trailrides-wales.com looks like just the job for what I'm after. Hopefully they'll be able to fit me in but at such short notice? I can but try.

Any other suggestions, just in case?
